CAREER CLOSET
The Walton Career Closet (Career Closet) opened in August 2010 as a resource of upscale, gently used business casual and business professional attire available, free of charge, to all currently enrolled Walton College students. The Career Closet can help students with their professional dress needs whether it may be for an interview, a career fair, office visit, or on the job.
Location: Willard J. Walker Hall 418
Hours of Operation: Open Mondays 2pm-4pm, Wednesdays 1pm-3pm, and Fridays 10am-12pm in the fall and spring semesters. The Closet is by appointment only throughout the summer and winter breaks. Call our office (479-575-6100) to schedule a visit during the breaks. The closet may be closed during weeks of large events, like the career fair due to staff supporting those events.
How It Works: Currently enrolled Walton College students can visit the Career Closet and take (for free to keep) up to 4 individual apparel items (i.e. 3 ties and 1 shirt, or 2 blouses, 1 skirt and a of pair shoes) per semester and 1 suit during an academic year. The clothes you take are yours to keep – for free.
Alumni and Employers: Donations are accepted for the career closet on an ongoing basis. Career Connections staff will accept cleaned business casual and business professional attire that is of good or excellent quality and is with the current fashion. Donations are tax deductible. If you would like to support the closet in other ways, gift cards to stores in Northwest Arkansas that sell business professional clothes is of great use to stock clothes of all sizes and variety so all students can benefit from the closet.

PROFESSIONAL PHOTOS
Visit the Walton Career Connections office to take complimentary photographs for your Handshake profile photo, LinkedIn profile, student organization portrait, or any other website that requires a professional headshot.
In partnership with Iris, the Walton College of Business provides free professional headshots to all students through the Walton Career Connections office.

How It Works: Walk-ins are welcome, however, it is highly encouraged to make an appointment in Handshake.
Hours of Operation: The Iris Air photobooth is open Monday – Friday 8am-5pm, unless the office is closed for events.
